Instructions:

  1. If you are using this to take a nap during the daytime to recharge, it is recommended to experience it before 4pm (to not interfere with your sleep). Also please set an alarm for 25 min to avoid going into a “deep sleep stage”, which can feel groggy when you wake up. Napping for 25 min ensures you wake up from a “light sleep stage”.

  2. If you are using this to help you fall asleep, you are welcome to listen in your bed or in a different room, helping you feel more relaxed and tired, ready for sleep.

  3. Find a comfortable spot to lie down, whether it’s on a bed, couch, or yoga mat.

  4. You are welcome to place an eye pillow or towel over your eyes (if it feels safe) to help block out the external world.

  5. Incorporate anything that makes your experience more comfortable, safe, and relaxing (e.g. blanket, pillows, relaxing essential oils…etc.)

  6. Play the guidance and enjoy! There is no way to experience this “wrong”. You will receive exactly what your body, mind, and spirit needs <3
