My pain became my purpose…


In a society that may have taught us to hustle, rush, and push ourselves to the point of depletion and burnout, this may have led to sleep struggles , difficulty carving time for rest, and feeling imbalanced in our nervous system.

I, too, have been through this path of burning the candle out on my journey in graduate school, as a corporate financial analyst, as a dentist, and going through a divorce.

Taking on too much at once for my nervous system to handle was a very familar pattern. This pattern was deeply ingrained in how I was trained in school and at work. Looking back, I was also addicted to and got energy from adrenaline - that feeling of excitement, pressure, achievement, and success. I identified my self worth with productivity and didn’t stop until I eventually was forced to.

After going through severe burnout multiple times, insomnia for many months, and diagnosed with general anxietey disorder, I was forced to navigate life in a different way.

I spent two decades sorting out my health; learning various wellness modalities from teachers, retreats, and trainings.

During this time, my mother also got diagnosed with sleep apnea, which led to discovering a unique dental therapy to be able to support her.

This took me deep into the rabbit hole of understanding the connection between sleep, breathing, and the nervous system.

As a dentist who supports people with sleep apnea, certififed yoga and meditation teacher, and health & sleep coach, I offer a unique and comprehensive lens to sleep, wellness, and intentional slow living.

As a new mother, I am also navigating the path to balance again.

I am realizing how challenging sleep and rest; but more than ever how important it is for a mother’s mental health and well-being.

My passion is to share my best and most effective tools and knowledge, blending both scientific and holistic wisdom, so you can thrive in your health through great sleep, healthy habits, and a balanced nervous system.
