Dr. Diana Liu has been practicing general dentistry for over a decade and is the founder of Rest to Thrive, a wellness company dedicated to helping people cultivate better rest, mindfulness, and nervous system health.
For over a decade, she has studied and taught mindfulness, yoga, and restorative wellness practices, guiding high achieving individuals, clinicians, and corporate teams through retreats, public speaking, and both personal and group coaching experiences.
Her own journey through burnout, pain, and insomnia led her to dive deeply into the world of mindfulness, nervous system health, and restorative practices.
The tools she discovered have completely transformed her health and well-being, and she now devotes her life to supporting individuals and organizations in integrating rest and mindfulness as a way of life—so they can experience greater balance, peace, fulfillment, and resilience in both work and family life.
You can catch her yoga and meditation classes at Coast Flow in Gibsons. On her spare time, she enjoys spending it in nature on the Sunshine Coast with her partner and sweet 2 year old son!
