  • All offerings are currently virtual as I am on maternity leave. This allows our sessions to be more flexible, creative, and location independent. This also allows for sessions to be recorded with lifetime access.

  • You will receive unlimited communication and guidance via email during our time working together.

  • If you would like support to host a mini retreat or wellness event for your team, I can support you with creation, vendor recommendations and booking, and offer presentations and wellness experiences (e..g yoga, meditation, breathing).
