Every Sunday I looked forward to her program. It felt like a treat, a gift, and the best thing I could and should be doing for myself. I have felt the positive results cascade to all areas of life!

You always hear tidbits of advice on how to relax and that you have to regulate you nervous system - but what actually does this all mean? In Diana's program, she provides the science behind it all in an easy to understand way, which made it integral to applying these tools.

My issue besides having a pretty stressful job is falling and staying a sleep! The big shift for me was improving my sleep by applying what she shared in the program. I now prioritize self care, stop pushing so hard, and allow myself that time to relax, rest and renew consistently.

And the most powerful tool is Yoga Nidra and I will forever use it. I can think of so many people who need this, why don't we learn this as kids, teens and adults!
