For generations, women have been conditioned to function in a world built on systems that ignored the intelligence of the body.
With the rise of the Industrial Revolution, human value became equated with output.
Productivity, efficiency, and linear progress were prioritized
—qualities modeled after machines.
As society industrialized, so did our internal rhythms.
We began to ignore signals like exhaustion and overstimulation,

Let resting in sound be the doorway to your intuition and truth.
Explore how sound and vibration shift your brainwaves, calms your system, and
becomes a tuning fork to your inner voice and truth.

— one that actually aligns with your heart and authentic Self.

Decode your survival patterns and reclaim your power.
Learn how your nervous system works, how to work with difficult emotional states, reactions, and triggers; and how to create connection, presence, and safety in your body. Understand the science of regulation, flexibility, somatics, and embodiment so you can gently move from overwhelm to connection
— without bypassing your emotions.

🌿 Module 6: Transforming Fight + Flight
Alchemize your irritation and anxiety into clarity and healing.
When fight (anger, irritation, frustration) or flight (avoidance, anxiety, distraction) shows up as nervous system responses, learn to move that energy through and out of your body instead of suppressing it.
This results in these energies getting stuck in the body,

Dr. Diana Liu is a multi-passionate visionary
— a holistic airway dentist, rest coach, yoga and meditation teacher, and sound healer —
with over a decade of experience bridging science, ancient wisdom, and mind-body practices.
Based on the Sunshine Coast in Gibsons, BC, she’s also a devoted mother to a two-year-old son and the founder of Rest to Thrive — a body of work dedicated to supporting women, especially mothers,
to reclaim rest as a core pillar of health, vitality, and aligned living.
After years of striving, high performance, and burnout —which led to insomnia, autoimmune flareups, and chronic stress and anxiety — she reached a breaking point, almost walking entirely away from dentistry.
Through the study of nervous system healing and integrative approaches to rest,
she discovered a path not just back to sleep - better mood and energy - but back to her true Self.
Motherhood took that journey even deeper. After a physically and emotionally demanding pregnancy and postpartum —43 weeks pregnant, breastfeeding challenges, and over a year of disrupted sleep —
