I’m Dr. Diana Liu.

Welcome to my page. It’s so lovely to connect. You are probably here because you are sick of feeling sleep deprived, exhausted, and as though you cannot keep up with your current demands or pace of life. Perhaps you have been struggling with sleep for years or maybe this is more of a recent thing that has become concerning. You may have tried all sort of strategies to improve your sleep as you know it’s benefits; as well as the toll it takes on your health. Nothing seems to stick or work the way you expect. You want to slow down and are tired of your nervous system being alert or on over-drive. You are ready to shift your life in a big way, where it is intentional and grounded with what matters most.

Even though sleep, resting, and slowing down “should be” as simple as breathing…. its not. Especially if we are ambitious and hard working. We take on too much for our nervous system to handle (this may be how we were trained in school or work or even what our parents modeled to us growing up)… and this has been OUR pattern for many years.

As a dentist and previous corporate financial analyst, I know this “overstimulating or overloading the nervous system” pattern too well. I actually was addicted to and got energy from adrenaline - the feeling of success and achievement. I identified my self worth with productivity (how much I got done in a day) and didn’t stop until my body became ill.

After going through severe burnout multiple times, insomnia for many months, and diagnosed with general anxiety disorder, I was forced to navigate life in a different way.

As functional dentist, certififed yoga and meditation teacher, and health & sleep coach, I offer a unique and comprehensive lens to sleep, wellness, and intentional living.

I recognize the importance of merging Western Science with Ancient Eastern Wisdom so our physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects can integrate and come into balance.

I look forward to connecting and sharing with you what I have learned through my own journey, as well as from supporting others on theirs.
